Somewhat frequently in this space, we share details about some of the fun things that happen during the course of a normal year at TestOut (and TestOut Continuing Education). For instance, the whole company goes bowling every year. There's the Steak Fry, the Halloween Party (complete with costume contest and festive office decorations), and the annual three-part Run Bike Hike fitness festivities. We like to have fun and get to know each other better.
There's a company party every summer at Lagoon (Utah's largest amusement park), a spring-and-summer-long pumpkin growing contest, the annual Christmas party at Temple Square in Salt Lake City. Some years there's a personal fitness competition (beyond just the Run Bike Hike events). Different departments in the company have small-scale shindigs throughout the year. No matter what time of year it is, there's a good chance that a party is coming up soon.
Everyone participates, or at least has the option to participate. There are many other good reasons to work at TestOut, but the running festivities calendar is unique and special. And if there are some of you out there who don't see very much (or any at all) of that sort thing where you work, then that right there is an excellent reason to weigh TestOut when considering your employment future. Because — good news eveybody! — TestOut is hiring and we need YOU!
