Numbers are often used for comparison, to help us choose between two different options. And sometimes they can quantify otherwise hard-to-define variables like performance or satisfaction. Hack attack

Hackers are at it again — not that they ever really broke it off. Normally I don’t get too wound up about data breaches. Since no one ever e-mails me, I was OK when the hackers hit my Yahoo! account, and the breach of retail giant Target didn’t bother me personally since I’m not allowed to shop there anymore. But now they’ve gone too far!

March Madness is in full swing here in the office, and it’s safe to say that we are experiencing a slightly higher than normal level of work disengagement. It’s easy to see disengagement among coworkers whose brackets have yet to be busted, but sometimes disengagement isn’t so easy to recognize.

Don't Get Jammed Up on the Freeway of Certification
