Subscription Cancellation Policy
We’re sorry to see you go and would appreciate hearing about any problems with our service that are prompting your cancellation. Contact Customer Support at email@example.com. To cancel your subscription, please go to the billing portal and click on the Cancel link. If you never set up an account you can click forgot password and use the email you used to checkout with. On the following page, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
IMPORTANT: You must continue processing your cancellation until you receive the final cancellation confirmation page. If you stop this process prior to receiving that page, your cancellation will not be processed.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject line: Cancel Account # [insert your first and last name here]. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to three days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the credit card used to pay your subscription. If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact Customer Support at email@example.com.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. For example: if you purchased a subscription August 10th and canceled it on August 20th, you would still be responsible for fees associated with that billing cycle ending September 10th, but you would no longer be billed for any future monthly subscription fees. Please note however, you will be able to access your account 30 days from your activation date regardless of when you cancel.
