Quite often this phenomenon is observable in nature, with prominent examples frequently forming the backbone of clickbait sinkholes on the internet. Take, for example, the Blood Falls formation of Taylor Glacier in Antarctica. If you've ever seen a picture, such as the one below, then the name makes perfect sense.

There are many different ways that all of us benefit from ongoing advances in the functionality and versatility of smartphones, tablets, and laptop and desktop computers. When you reflect that the weight of some early computers was measured in tons, it's clear that there's been a great deal of progress.
