What goes together better than chocolate and peanut butter? Psych! It's a trick question. Nothing goes together better than chocolate and peanut butter, son. Even peanut butter and apples, or peanut butter and bread with jam (or jelly) on it, or Sylvester Stallone and Mr. T in a boxing ring, or cheese and pepperoni on a pizza crust, or maple-glazed donuts and bacon bits — nope. None of that goes together better than peanut butter and chocolate.

Too often we hear a lot of “sky is falling” negativity. The truth is that some pretty good things are happening. Things that give me hope for our future. I recently spent a fun few days in New Orleans. Like they say in the Big Easy, “Laissez le bon temps rouler!” The sights were great, the people friendly and the food, très délicieux! In fact, the only difficult part of my visit happened in a café in the French Quarter when I had to decide between beignets or pecan tarts. (Full disclosure: They were both great.)

Hey, everybody! Did you hear the one about the guy (or gal) who was working for a living, not getting all of her (or his) needs and wants met, and used TestOut CE training to successfully switch to a career in technology that made all of the his/her wildest dreams come true? Yeah, neither did we — because NOBODY TOLD US. We're not omniscient, and there are a lot of other things on our collective plate, after all.

How was everyone's Thanksgiving? Did you all pack on a pound or two during the once-a-year indulgence of in excess of good food and fantastic deserts? We only do this once per year, right? Smorgasbord City is a nice place to visit, but nobody ever moves in. Everyone is savvy enough to know that we can't just turn every holiday or festive occasion from now until March into an excuse to gorge on calorically dense edibles. Right?

Thanksgiving Day is upon us! Here at TestOut Continuing Education, we'll be sure to give thanks for all of our wonderful customers, whose commitment to great training and certification gets us out of bed each morning.
